Notice is hereby given that Mini U Storage / A Low Cost Self Storage, located at 3800 64th Avenue, Landover Hills, MD 20784, will hold a public auction to satisfy a landlord’s lien on the personal property being stored at the address above. The sale will be held online at www.storagetreasures.com closing at 10:00 am on September 17, 2025. Property will be sold to the highest bidder. Deposit for the removal and cleanup will be required. Mini U Storage reserves the right to bid at the sale and to refuse any bid. Purchases must be paid for at the time of sale with credit card only. All purchased goods are sold "as is" and must be removed within 48 hours following the sale. Shelving is the property of landlord; do not remove unless authorized. Buyers must provide a current, original or a photocopy of their original, resale permit at the time of payment in lieu of sales tax. This sale is subject to cancellation.
