ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this proceeding is to, inter alia, quiet title in the property described as 1720 Minnesota Avenue N.E., Washington, D.C. 20020 and also known as Lot 0803 in Square 5615 (the “Property”) in the name of National Capital Presbytery, Inc.

Pursuant to the Order of the Honorable Yvonne M. Williams dated March 5, 2024, it is hereby,

ORDERED that notice be given by insertion of a copy of this order in: (1) the Washington Post or Washington Times; and (ii) The Daily Washington Law Reporter, newspapers having a general circulation in the District of Columbia, once a week for three (3) successive weeks; notifying Garden Memorial Presbyterian Church, anyone asserting or claiming that they are a trustee of Garden Memorial Presbyterian Church, and any and all unknown persons having or claiming to have any interest in the above described Property to appear in this Court within forty (40) days following the first date of publication, exclusive of Sundays and legal holidays, to assert a claim and answer the complaint; or, thereafter, this Court will enter a final Declaratory Judgment quieting title to the above-described Property in the Plaintiff.
