The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Prince William, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Prince William, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 7595-91-2119

Account No.26020

All that piece or parcel of land situated in Prince William County, Virginia containing 1.00 acres more or less and known as Tax Map No. 7595-91-2119, Account No. 26020 and more fully described as follows:

BEGINNING in the center of Brentsville County Road, where it crosses the north drive of the property owned or formerly owned by the Leachman farm, known as “Cedar Grove” (also at the corner of land now or formerly owned by T.E Bakers Farm); thence in a northerly direction with said road, 132 yards to a double cedar on the ed of a gulch; thence in a westerly direction with said gulch 75 yards to Broad Run; thence in a southerly direction with Broad Run 86 yards to the said Cedar Grove line; thence in a easterly direction with said line 50 yards to the place of the beginning.

And being the same real property conveyed to Jane Thomas from J.P. Leachman and Mary V. Leachman by Deed dated September 28, 1895 and recorded on March 25, 1897 in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince William County, Virginia as Deed Book 45, Page 285.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 89, Page 350; Deed Book 63, Page 85; Deed Book 84, Page 451.
