The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Prince William, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Prince William, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 7891-65-9675

Account No. 90177

All that certain lot or parcel of land, lying and being situate at Independent Hill, in Coles Magisterial District, in Prince William County, Virginia and bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

BEGINNING at (1), a stone about the center of the Warrenton Road and N. 37° 38’ W. of an 2.2 poles from a stone on the south of said road, a corner to the lot known or formerly known as the Church Lot, and in known or formerly known as Key’s line; thence N. 83° 25’ E. 12 poles 22 links to (2), a stone in said road; thence with said road, N. 52° 27’ E. 6 poles 19 links to (3), a stone at the forks of said road, and the Independence Hill Road; thence with the said Independent Hill road, a greater part of the way, N. 86° W. 23 poles 19 links to (4), a stone in said Key’s line, and thence with his line, S. 37° 38’ E. 8.8 poles to (1), the BEGINNING, containing 2 roods and 34 poles, as evidenced by a survey thereof made by W.B. Lynn, C.E. as of November 15, 1910.

And being the same real property conveyed to A. F. Woodyard, G.

Benjamin Lowe, J. Seymour Starke, Boliver Cole, and Thomas I. Sullivan, Trustees of the Independent Hill Council No. 34 of the Order of Fraternal Americans or their successors in office from George C. Round, Emily C. Round and J. Edward Keys by deed dated January 6, 1911 and recorded on August 24, 1911 in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince William County, Virginia as Deed Book 61, Page 247.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 2963, Page 541.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Charter Members Ind Hill Council #34 of the Order of Fraternal Americans Charter Members Ind Hill Council # 34 or Fat AM, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 14619 Aden Rd., Manassas, Virginia 20112; A. F. Woodyard, Trustee, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; G. Benjamin Lowe, Trustee, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; J. Seymour Starke, Trustee, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Boliver Cole, Trustee, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Thomas I. Sullivan, Trustee, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before Thursday, April 4, 2024 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
