The object of this suit is to obtain an adoption. It appearing be affidavit that the birth Father is not acknowledged, presumes or adjudicated; that the identity of the birth Father is not ascertainable by the Petitioners and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the identity and location of the birth Father; and that the unknown birth Father may have an interest in this matter; to wit: the adoption of minor child, born to Kymbur Ann Sharp on January 14, 2014 in Jackson, Missouri;

It is ORDERED that the unknown birth Father appear before this Court on or before May 6, 2024 and protect his interest herein. .

And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area, as well as throughout the United States, and that the bill for said publication shall be sent to Lindsay J. Connolly, Livesay & Myers, P.C., 150 Riverside Parkway, Suite 307, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22406.

The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse and shall mail a copy of this Order to the unknown birth Father at the post office address, if any, given in the Affidavit of Petitioner filed herein.
