APPLICATIONS BEING ACCEPTED FOR

FAIRFAX COUNTY HOUSING WAITLIST

Monday, April 29, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. through Sunday, May 5, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) will be accepting applications for the two (2)-bedroom Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waiting lists at Culpepper Garden Senior Apartments from Monday, April 29, 2024 at 8 a.m. through Sunday, May 5, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Culpepper Garden Senior Apartments includes 204 units of privately owned family housing where 141 units have PBV assistance. Current PBV housing opportunities consist of two (2)-bedroom apartments located at 4435 N. Pershing Drive, Arlington VA 22203. To qualify, at least one person must be 62 years or older for PBV units. When vacancies arise, units are offered to applicants on the waiting list. A limited number of applicants will be placed on the waiting lists based on the number of PBV units at the property.

Applications for the waiting list must be submitted online during the application period. There is no fee to apply. Applications will be placed on the waiting list based on random selection. All applications received have an equal opportunity to be selected.
