IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Joshua Everett Bushman, Administrator of the Estate of John Flave Hamill, deceased, by counsel and of the debts and demands against his estate, have been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Joshua Everett Bushman, Administrator, it is

ORDERED that creditors of, and all others interested in the estate do show cause, if any they can on the 24th day of May, 2024, at 9:00 AM,before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the Estate of John Flave Hamill, deceased, to the legatees without requiring refunding bonds.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper published in the County of Fairfax, Virginia. ENTERED this 16th day of April,2024.
