The object of this suit is to interplead surplus funds into the Court’s registry and allow potential claimants to file claims for the funds derived from the sale of real property known as 2901 Stockholm Way, Woodbridge, VA 22191.

It is hereby ORDERED that Beverly Freeman appear in the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia to protect her interest in this matter on or before September 16, 2024 ; and

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Prince William, Virginia. The Washington Times shall send the Certificate of Publication and the bill to: BWW Law Group, LLC, 8100 Three Chopt Road, Suite 240, Richmond, Virginia 23229.
