ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The reason for this cause is to resolve the ownership of and interests in real property located in Fairfax County, Virginia at 6521 Wayside Place, Alexandria, VA 22310 (the "Property").

An affidavit having been made and filed showing that certain potential Defendants are either: (1) non-resident individuals, other than a non-resident individual fiduciary who has appointed a statutory agent; or (2) identified as unknown parties in the pleadings pursuant to Virginia Code § 8.01-316(A)(2).

The last known address of these potential Defendants is unknown.

Upon consideration, this Order of Publication is granted and it is ORDERED that any person claiming an interest in real property located at 6521 Wayside Place, Alexandria, VA 22310, including any heirs of Vyacheslav Malyarchuk, deceased, and/or Oleksandr Malyarchuk or any of his descendants, shall appear in the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia on or before 17th day of September, 2024, after proper publication of this Order, to protect his/her interest in this cause.
