SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of Douglas K. Struck Executor of the Estate of Edna Struck, and a commissioner's report of the debts and demands hearing against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's office of this court and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor.

On the motion of the Executor, it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the Estate of Edna Struck do show cause, if any, on the 28th day of August, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. before this Court against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Edna Struck to the decedents distributees without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ORDERED that the forgoing portion of this order be published once a week foe two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Alexandria, Virginia.
