Susan T. Paro (“Tenant”), desires to execute a lease renewal for the property located at 20130 Wasche Rd. in Dickerson, MD (“Premises”) from Montgomery County, MD (“Landlord”). The Lease has been extended for three (3) additional years and will expire on August 29, 2027. Tenant has an option to extend the Lease for an additional three (3) years. All other terms and conditions of the Lease are in full force and effect.
