The object of this suit is to interplead surplus funds remaining following the foreclosure sale of certain real property commonly known as 7587 Amherst Drive, Manassas, Virginia and more particularly described as Lot 468, Loch Lomond.

It appearing by affidavit that defendant Terry Ransom's last known address is 7587 Amherst Drive, Manassas, Virginia 20111, that Terry Ransom's present whereabouts are unknown, and that diligence has been used by or on behalf of the petitioner without effect to ascertain the location of Terry Ransom, it is

ORDERED that this Order be published once per week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times and that Terry Ransom appear on or before Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 5:00 PM in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for Prince William County, Virginia and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit.
