Thomas Gavan, the Plaintiff has filed a complaint entitled: Amended Complaint to Quiet Title and for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief in which he is seeking to determine the rights of the parties, declare Plaintiff the owner of a dominant estate over the road, issue a Temporary, Preliminary, and Permanent Injunction, and confirm Plaintiff has an easement over the road and over any portions of the Defendant Property necessary for access to the property in case number C-02-CV-24-000614.

Notice is hereby issued by the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland that the relief sought in the aforementioned Amended Complaint to Quiet Title and for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief may be granted unless cause can be shown to the contrary. The true and current owners of 1024 Rodgers Rd, Churchton, Maryland 20733 is to file a response to the complaint on or before: October 21, 2024.

Failure to file the response within the time allowed may result in a judgment by default or the granting of the relief sought.
