Cedar Tree Academy Public Charter School invites proposals for the development of an Apartment Building.

Bid specifications may be obtained from our website at www.Cedartree-dc.org. Any questions regarding these bids must be submitted in writing to proposals@Cedartree-dc.org before the RFP deadline. Bids must be submitted to Dr. LaTonya Henderson, Executive Director, Cedar Tree Academy PCS 701 Howard Road SE, Washington DC 20020.

Cedar Tree Academy will receive bids until Friday, September 27, 2024, no later than 4:00PM.
