Bids are invited to replace two AC Units in the attic/roof at the Pakistan House in Washington D.C:

Following Services are associated with the work:

i. Shutdown and secure both AC Units in the

attic/roof

ii. Disconnect and remove (2) condensing units

and (2) AHU’s serving the 4th floor and 3rd

floor

iii. Furnish and install (2) new 4 Ton Goodman

AC condensing units

iv. Furnish and install (2) new 3.5-5 Ton UNICO

AHU Units blower section and UNICO

evaporator coil

v. Provide Crane to life new condensers onto

roof

vi . Reconnect existing electric, refrigerant piping

and make transition to attached to the

existing duct work to new units

vii. Pressure test line sets to 500psi and leak

check

viii. Pull vacuum on both systems to 250 microns

ix. Clean up job site and remove old units off site

x. All work to be performed on normal hours

Warranty

i. Appropriate warranty on all parts and labor,
