PENNSYLVANIA AVE WEST STREETSCAPE

FROM 17TH STREET NW TO WASHINGTON CIRCLE

The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), pursuant to the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 (“PPRA”), hereby issues a public notice of its Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) is seeking a qualified contractor to complete PENNSYLVANIA AVE WEST STREETSCAPE FROM 17TH STREET NW TO WASHINGTON CIRCLE under IFB NO.: DCKA-2024-B-0071.

Work under this contract will include Construction of Pennsylvania Ave West Streetscape From 17th Street NW to Washington Circle. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the Project in accordance with the Contract.

The District contemplates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract. This is a federally funded, open-market project with 22% DBE goal requirement. Bidders will be evaluated in accordance with the IFB and all applicable laws and regulations. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required. The IFB documents and any amendments or updates to the IFB will be available on the District Department of Transportation Access Portal (DTAP) website, https://dtap.ddot.dc.gov and https://contracts.ocp.dc.gov/solicitations. Bidders interested in responding must submit questions and bids in accordance with the instructions set out in the IFB. All inquiries concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing in accordance with the instructions set out in the IFB.

Bids will be accepted electronically as detailed in the solicitation documents.
