SE 2024-PR-00006 - VIRGINIA HOSPITAL CENTER ARLINGTON HEALTH SYSTEM D/B/A VHC HEALTH, SE Appl. to permit a Medical Care Facility. Located at 7234 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church, 22042 on approx. 2.42 ac. of land zoned C-6. Providence District. Tax Map 50-3 ((12)) 12.

PCA 82-P-069-26/CDPA 82-P-069-03-06/FDPA 82-P-069-07-09 (RZPA 2023-SP-00033) - TPC HORNBAKER LC, PCA, CDPA and FDPA Appl(s). to amend the proffers, conceptual development plan, and final development plan for RZ 82-P-069 to permit a maximum of 400,000 square feet of multifamily residential development with up to 380 dwelling units and associated modifications to proffers and site design at a Floor Area Ratio of 2.1.
