SHOW CAUSE ORDER

It appearing that reports of the accounts of Richard John Ruddy, Jr., Administrator of the Estate of Miguel Angel Valencia, deceased ("Estate"), and of the debts and demands against the Estate having been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that more than six months have elapsed since qualification of the Administrator; and IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the Estate of Miguel Angel Valencia, deceased, do show cause, if any they can, at 9:00 a.m. on the 20th day of September, 2024, before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the remaining Estate of Miguel Angel Valencia, deceased, to the Estate creditors, distributees and legatees with such refunding bonds or surety as the Court prescribes or the Administrator determines is appropriate; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
