Fiscal Year 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance

And Evaluation Report (CAPER)

Arlington’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report describes the County’s actions during FY 2024 (July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024) to meet the major goals identified in the Annual Consolidated Plan for FY 2024. These goals address: Affordable Housing, Economic Self-Sufficiency, Homelessness, and Neighborhood Sustainability. The report specifies the County’s use of available federal, state, and local funding for these purposes. It will be submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) this month following public review.

A copy of Arlington County’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) along with a Citizen Summary and HUD required narratives for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 is available starting Tuesday, September 3 through Wednesday, September 18, 2024 for public review on the County’s website at http://www.arlingtonva.us/. Search for “FY 2024 CAPER”.

NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT

Fiscal Year 2025 HUD

Annual Action Plan

A draft of Arlington County’s amended FY 2025 Action Plan is available for review. The Plan is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and provides the strategic plan for housing, homelessness, and community development activities supported by HUD funds over the 5-year period. Arlington is amending its Plan to incorporate a new activity, the Reeves Farmhouse Adaptive Reuse Project.

A copy of Arlington County’s amended FY 2025 Action Plan is available starting Tuesday, August 27 through Friday, September 27 for public review on the County’s website at http://www.arlingtonva.us/. Search for “FY 2025 Action Plan.”
