ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO FAIRFAX COUNTY CODE SECTION 82-5-32 PROPOSED CHANGES TO TRESPASS TOW RATES AND CHARGES

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Fairfax County Trespass Towing Advisory Board is to be held in Conference Room 232 in the Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia, on:

The Fairfax County Trespass Towing Advisory Board will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on proposed amendments to Fairfax County Code Section 82-5-32, Rates and Charges, to increase the maximum administrative fee for notification of lien holder, owner, agent or other interested party charged from $75 to $150.
