ORDERED that the Respondent, Cesar Orlando Maldonado Cruz, appear on or before November 4, 2024 at 9:00 AM, before this Court and do what is necessary to protect his interests. And it is further

ORDERED that this Order be published once per week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation within Spotsylvania County and that a copy of this Order be posted on the front door of the courthouse wherein this Court is held.
