IT APPEARING that all statutory requirements have been met; that the report of debts and demands against the Estate of Richard Lewis Barr has been filed in the Clerk's office; and that more than six months has elapsed since the qualification of the Paul H. Melnick as the Executor of the said Estate, on the motion of the said Executor, it is hereby

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all other persons interested in, the Estate of Richard Lewis Barr show cause, if any they can at 9:30 a.m., on the 20th day of September, 2024, before the Arlington County circuit court at its courtroom, against payment and delivery of the Estate of Richard Lewis Barr, deceased, to the legatees without requiring refunding bonds. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper circulated in the County of Arlington, Virginia.
