ORDER OF SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARINGthat a report of the accounts of Brian W. Andrews, Executor of the Estate of Neal Timothy , deceased, and of the debts and demands against the estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office of this Court, and that more than six months has elapsed since the qualification of the Executor.

On the motion of the Executor, it is hereby

ORDERED that the creditors of and all other persons interested in the estate show cause, if any they can, at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, September 27, 2024 before this Court at its courtroom at 1425 N Courthouse Road, Arlington, Virginia 22201, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Neal Timothy Turtell, deceased, to the distributes and legatees of the estate without requiring refunding bonds, and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the forgoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper circulated in the County of Arlington, Virginia.
