Notice of Intent to Enter Sole Source Contract

Mundo Verde Public Charter School intends to enter into a sole source contract with Cristina Faz. Ms Faz has worked for mundo verde for the last ten years, most recently as it’s Chief of staff. She has a unique combination of technical expertise, strategic expertise, and deep insight into history, context and needs of our school. Based on our experience working with Ms Faz and the unique capabilities she offers, it is in our best interest to continue her support for our school through a contract for services.

The cost of this annual renewable contract will be approximately $85,000.
