The object of this civil action is to appoint Victoria Spino, Petitioner, as the Administrator of the Estate of Enriquito "Rick" Aguas.

An affidavit having been filed alleging that (i) there are or may be persons whose names are unknown interested in being Administrator of the Estate to be disposed of in this civil action; (ii) that suck persons are Defendants by the general description VARIOUS UNKNOWN PARTIES WHO MAY BE HEIRS OR DEVISEES OF ENRIQUITO AGUAS AND MAY HAVE AN INTEREST IN BECOMING ADMINISTRATOR OF MR. AGUAS'S ESTATE AND ASSETS, the Clerk of the Court does enter and grant this Order of publication this 22nd day of August, 2024.

UPON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, it is ORDERED, that Respondents appear on or before October 17, 2024, and do what is necessary to protect their interests in this civil action, and, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia, and published therein.
