Show Cause Order Against Distribution

It is ordered that the creditors of, and all other persons interested in the above estate show cause, if they can, by virtual hearing on the 25th day of October 2024 at 9:00 in the morning before this Court, against payment and delivery of the estate to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper published in Fairfax, Virginia, it appearing that a report of the accounts of Jonathan Westreich, Esq. Administrator cta dbn of the estate, and of debts and demands against the estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since qualification as Administrator.
