ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Prince William, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Prince William, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 8188-65-0341 and 8188-65-0646

Account Nos. 221883 and 008396

All those two (2) certain pieces, parcels or lots of land situate, lying and being in Dumfries Magisterial District in Prince William County, Virginia at the Village of Triangle, West of the Jefferson Davis State Highway, and more particularly described as lots numbered Thirty-One (31) and Thirty- Three (33), of “Catesby Howard’s Northwest Section” subdivision, a plat of survey of which said subdivision is duly of record among the land records of Prince Wiliam County, Virginia as Plat Book 4, Page 19; said lots of land fronting sixty (60) feet each on Center Street and running back, West between parallel lines, the North line of which said lots is 107.8 feet in length, and the South line of which lots is 107 feet in length, said lots containing in all 12,888 square feet, to which said plat and survey of said subdivision reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the lots of land hereby conveyed.

And being the same real property conveyed to Hidy Howard from Catesby Howard by Deed dated January 23, 1943 and recorded on October 26, 1943 in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office for Prince William County, Virginia as Deed Book 111, Page 266.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 19.
