4:00 p.m. Public hearing on the acquisition of certain land rights necessary for the construction of Project WW-000034-001, Tysons East Pump Station (Dranesville District). This project consists of building a new 10 million gallon per day (MGD) wastewater (sanitary sewer) pump station, a new force main, and new gravity sewer. The pump station will be located on the property at 1310 Scotts Run Road, McLean, VA 22102, in the Dranesville District. Plans and plats describing the work proposed to be done and the property interests to be acquired for this project are on file in the Land Acquisition Division of the Department of Public Works and Environmental Services, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Suite 449, Fairfax, Virginia 22035.

4:00 p.m. Public hearing on the proposed abandonment of portions of cul-de-sac at the north end of Cannonball Road located off Singing Pine Road in the Braddock District pursuant to Virginia Code § 33.2-909, consisting of approximately 2,969 square feet, in the location as shown on that certain plat entitled “Exhibit Plat Showing the Abandonment of Portions of Cannonball Road Route 3150 Braddock District, Fairfax County, Virginia”, dated November 29, 2023, and prepared by Pennoni Associates Inc. The road is located on Tax Map 56-3 and is described on the metes and bounds schedules prepared by Pennoni Associates Inc., which are on file with the Fairfax County Department of Transportation, 4050 Legato Road, Suite 400, Fairfax, Virginia 22033, Telephone Number (703) 877-5600.
