ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from bed and board and a divorce from the bond of matrimony from defendant on the ground of having lived separate and apart for a period exceeding one (1) year.

It appearing by affidavit that diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the Defendant is, without effect, it is ORDERED that Defendant appear before this Court on or before November 15, 2024 at 9:00 AM, and protect her interests herein.

And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the city of Ashburn. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and shall mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant at the address, if any, given in the affidavit of the Plaintiff filed herewith.
