PUBLIC NOTICE APPLICATIONS BEING ACCEPTED FOR FAIRFAX COUNTY HOUSING WAITLIST

October 27, 2024, 11:59 p.m.

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) will be accepting applications for the one (1)-bedroom Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waiting lists for the Little River Glen Senior Residences from Monday, October 21, 2024, at 8 a.m. through Sunday, October 27, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Little River Glen Senior Residences includes 120 units of privately owned senior housing where 80 units have PBV assistance. Housing opportunities consist of one-bedroom apartments located at 4001 Barker Court, Fairfax, VA 22032. When vacancies arise, units are offered to applicants on the waiting list. Applicants must be 62 years or older to be placed on the waiting lists and the number of applicants selected for the waiting list will be based on the number of PBV units at the property.

Applications for the waiting list must be submitted online any time during the application period. There is no fee to apply. Applications will be placed on the waiting list based on a lottery selection. All applications received have an equal opportunity to be selected to the waiting list.
