The Government of the District of Columbia is soliciting electronic Bids for the following:

CAPTION: Management and Operations Temporary Respite/Reception Shelter Sites (Migrants)

The District of Columbia (the “District”) Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Migrant Services (OMS) seeks a contractor to provide Management and Operations services for the migrant population sheltered at the Temporary Migrant Respite and Reception Shelter Sites to include the Salvation Army Harbor Lights Reception and Respite site and the Temporary Accommodations Migrant site.

The District contemplates award of a single Human Care Agreement to a qualified contractor resulting from this Request For Qualification.
