SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of foster S. B. Friedman, Administrator of the Estate of John H. Doles III and a commissioner's report of the debts and demands hearing against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's office of this court and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator.

On the motion of the Administrator, it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the Estate of john h. Doles III do show cause, if any, on the 15th day of November, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. before this Court against the payment and delivery of the Estate of John H. Doles III to the decedents distributees without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ORDERED that the forgoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the Arlington County, Virginia.
