ORDER OF PUBLICATION
Richard Bolger, Esq., the Administrator of the Estate of Yusifu Santigie Yansaneh (“the Estate” and “the Decedent,” respectively) has instituted a Petition for Aid and Direction, the object of which is for this Court to enter an Order determining: (1) the heirs of the Decedent that are entitled to inherit from the Decedent’s Estate pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia; and (2) for each heir this Court determines is entitled to inherit from the Decedent’s Estate, such heir’s fractional or percentage intestate share of the Decedent’s Estate pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia; and
IT APPEARING to the Court that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of ISATA YANSANEH, a potential heir of the decedent; it is hereby
ORDERED that ISATA YANSANEH shall appear in this mater by filing a written response to the Petition for Aid and Direction on or before December 6, 2024, and ISATA YANSANEH shall take such steps as may be necessary to protect her interests in this suit; and it is further
ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in this jurisdiction, and that a copy of this Order of Publication be posted at the front door of the courthouse for the County of Fairfax, Virginia; and it is further
ORDERED that upon completion of publication, the Clerk shall file a certificate in the papers of this case that the requirements of Virginia Code § 8.01-317 have been complied with.
