SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

It appearing that a report of the accounts of Margaret L. Lomax, Executor of the Estate of Margaret B. Castillo, deceased, and of the debts and demands against her Estate has been filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court of the County of Fairfax , and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Co-Executor. On the motion of the Executor, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 64.2-556, it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the Estate of Margaret B. Castillo, do show cause, if any they can, on the 22nd day of November, 2024, at 9:00 A.M., before this Court at its courtroom in Fairfax, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Margaret B. Castillo, deceased, to the distributes of the estate without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
