NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE COUNTY BOARD OF ARLINGTON CO., VA, on November 16, 2024 at 2100 Clarendon Boulevard, Suite 307, Arlington Virginia 22201 in a meeting at 9:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as matters may be heard, will consider the following cases, after offering the public an opportunity to be heard in a public hearing.

Members of the public may participate virtually and in person. Speaker signup will also be available in-person on the day of the meeting. ORDINANCES, PLANS AND POLICIES
SUBJECT: Ordinance to amend, reenact and recodify Chapter 13 Firearms, Article II (Firearms Ordinance) of the Arlington County Code to amend Section 13-14 to exclude the discharge of firearms for County supervised deer management activities from the prohibition of firearms on County property; and to amend, reenact and recodify Chapter 17 Miscellaneous Offenses and Provisions of the Arlington County Code to amend Section 17-5 to permit the discharge of firearms for County supervised deer management activities.
SUBJECT: Ordinance to amend, reenact and recodify Chapter 14.3 (Immobilization, removal, towing and storage of vehicles from private property) of the Arlington County Code.
SUBJECT: Ordinance to amend, reenact, and recodify Chapter 68 of The Arlington County Code (Clean Energy Financing Ordinance) to update the County’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (“C-PACE”) Program.
SUBJECT: Amendment to the Master Transportation Plan (MTP) Map to: a) establish a new segment of 26 Street South departing in an easterly direction from the 2600 block of Shirlington Road as shown on the map (attached to the staff report as Attachment A, as shown on slide 5 of the presentation at

SUBJECT: Request to Adopt the County Board Policy on the Transformation of Commercial Office Buildings in Arlington. This policy will provide guidance on the creation of a streamlined and economically viable process for the adaptive reuse of obsolete commercial buildings, in addition to policy guidance on other tools to reduce the supply of obsolete office buildings.
