Keir Orlando Howard, whose address is 238 33rd Street NE, Washington, DC 20019 was appointed Personal Representative of the estate of Lue Norton Howard who died on November 27, 2023 without a Will and will serve without Court supervision. All unknown heirs and heirs whose whereabouts are unknown shall enter their appearance in this proceeding. Objections to such appointment shall be filed with the Register of Wills, D.C., Building A, 515 5th Street, N.W., 3rd Floor, Washington, DC 20001, on or before May 7, 2025.
