SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of Christopher F. Beach, Executor of the Estate of Audrey May Kirby, and a commissioner's report of the debts and demands hearing against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's office of this court and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor.

On the motion of the Executor, it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the Estate of Audrey May Kirby do show cause, if any, on the 27th day of November, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. before this Court against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Marvin Hass to the decedents distributees without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ORDERED that the forgoing portion of this order be published once a week foe two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Alexandria, Virginia.
