NOTICE

In accordance with Section 10-312 of the Annotated Code of Maryland and Montgomery County Code Chapter 11B.45.01, Montgomery County, Maryland, announces that it proposes to dispose through long-term lease a portion of the grounds of the County owned property at 9701 Main Street, Damascus, 20872, Tax Account No. 12-00927475, to the Damascus Heritage Society, Inc.
