It appearing that a report of the account of David E. Hohman, Executor. of the Estate of Michael Wayne Cassidy, deceased, and of the debts and demands against her Estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator; on motion of said Executor, it is

IT IS ORDERED that creditors of, and all others interested in the Estate of Michael Wayne Cassidy do show cause, if any they can, on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at. 10 a.m., before this Court, against the payment and delivery of the net assets of the Estate to the distributees of the Estate without requiring refunding bonds.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order shall be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washignton Times, a newspaper published in the City of Alexandria.
