Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fairfax will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall Annex, Room 100, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030, to consider the following:

Request from Olympus Pines, LLC, applicant, by Robert D. Brant, attorney/agent, for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 3.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a vehicle service (car wash) in the CR Commercial Retail Zoning District and Architectural Control Overlay District; for consideration of Special Exceptions to Section 3.5.3.K. of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the installation and use of exterior vacuum stations; to allow for a modification of street tree requirements in Section 4.5.6; to allow for a modification to install a fence within the required TY3 transitional yard along the southern and western property lines as required by Section 4.5.7.C of the Zoning Ordinance; and for consideration of a Major Certificate of Appropriateness pursuant to City Code Section 110-6.5.3 on the premises known as 9917 Fairfax Boulevard and more particularly described as Tax Map Parcel 48-3-13-001.

Request from Pathway Homes, Inc., applicant, by Molly Novotny, agent, for consideration of a Special Use Permit to allow upper story residential/ mixed use for Pathway Homes at the premises identified as 4010 University Drive (Tax Map 57-4-02-087-B) in the CR Commercial Retail District and Old Town Fairfax Historic Overlay District.

An ordinance amending Chapter 90 (Taxation), Article II (Real Property Taxes), Division 3 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, pertaining to tax relief program exemptions for the elderly and disabled.

A supplemental appropriation resolution in the amount of $650,000 for FY 2025 Fall non-discretionary and Council authorized expenditures.
