NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Virginia and the Town of Vienna, Virginia, that at the Regular Council Meeting of December 9, 2024, it is the intent of the Town Council to adopt the following amendment:

Intent to Adopt – Chapter 18, Zoning Amendments to Allow Accessory Living Units, With Regulations

A copy of the proposed code amendment is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and may be viewed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or via the website at https://www.viennava.gov
