SHOW CAUSE ORDER

IT, APPEARING that a report of the account of Bankhead Thornton Davies, Carol F. Wesley and Gillis J. Harp, Executors of the Estate of Charles Gallagher Flinn, deceased, and of the debts and demands against the Estate has been filed in the Clerk’s Office and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of the Executors. IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 20th day of December 2024, at 9:30 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom, 1425 No. Courthouse Road, Arlington, Virginia 22201, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Charles Gallagher Flinn, deceased, to the legatees and heirs at law, as set forth in the proposed schedule of distribution embraced in the First Account, without the necessity of a refunding bond.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Arlington County, Virginia.
