SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of John T. Saunders, Executor of the Estate of Raymond Clark Saunders Jr., and a commissioner's report of the debts and demands hearing against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's office of this court and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor.

On the motion of the Executor, it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the Estate of Raymond Clark Saunders Jr. do show cause, if any, on the 11th day of December, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. by way of virtual appearance via Microsoft Teams, before this Court against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Raymond Clark Saunders Jr. to the decedents distributees without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ORDERED that the forgoing portion of this order be published once a week foe two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Alexandria, Virginia.
