SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Steven Mencarini, Executor for the Estate of Clarence Vernon Fleming, Jr., deceased, and of the debts and demands against the estate, has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that more than six months have lapsed since the Administrator's qualification, on Motion of the Executor;

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the estate, do show cause, if any of them can, at 9;00 a.m. on the 17th day of January, 2025, before this Court, in its Courtroom of the Circuit Court for the County of Fairfax, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22030, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Clarence Vernon Fleming, Jr.,, deceased, to the beneficiaries thereof.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the forgoing portion of this Order be published for two successive week in The Washington Times, a newspaper published and of general circulation in Fairfax County, Virginia. Date:November 25, 2024
