Notice of Intent to Enter Sole Source Contract

PADRES PTO

Mundo Verde Public Charter School intends to enter into a sole-source contract with PADRES PTO (parent-teacher organization), a separate 501(c)(3) organization, to help advertise, collect, and disseminate end of year celebrations and staff appreciation gifts. As the PTO incorporated to provide support to our school, the entity is uniquely qualified to provide these services. The cost of this one-time contract is expected to exceed $25,000 and not exceed $75,000 over the course of the fiscal year.
