The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Human Services (DHS), Office Migrant Services (OMS) hereafter referred to as the “District”, is seeking a qualified Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) to furnish case management and resettlement services to migrant families and individuals who have arrived in the District of Columbia administered under a Human Care Agreement (HCA).
