ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

It appearing that a report of the accounts of Kristine Aston Sawyer, Administrator of the Estate of Scott Alan Stambaugh, deceased, and of the debts and demands against the estate have been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Kristine Aston Sawyer, the Administrator,

IT IS ORDERED that creditors of, and all others interested in the estate do show cause, if any they can, on 17th day of January,2025, at 9:00 a.m., at 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA 22030, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Scott Alan Stambaugh, deceased, to the distributees, with refunding bonds.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper published and having a general circulation in the County of Fairfax Virginia.
