N O T I C E

Pursuant to the Court Order entered October 11, 2024, notice is hereby given that the undersigned Commissioner of Accounts has appointed January 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at her office at 10400 Eaton Place, Suite 450, Fairfax, Virginia 22030 as the time and place for a hearing to determine the owners of 3507 Tyler Street, Falls Church, Virginia 22041 (the “property”) prior to its sale and the respective interests in the net proceeds; the effect of the Defendant's filed disclaimer and any other transfers or attempted transfers of the property prior to its sale; an account of all delinquent taxes on the real estate and all other liens that attached to the property, and any other claimants that may have claims to the net proceeds; the amounts, validity, and the order of priority for claims, taxes, and liens related to the property, and their respective interest in the net proceeds; whether any of the claims or liens attached to the Plaintiff’s interest in the property and whether a portion of the net proceeds should be allocated to the Plaintiff; the appropriate commission to be allowed for the Special Commissioner of Sale for services rendered, and any other matters deemed pertinent by the Commissioner or requested by any interested party for the report in the matter of Rahim v. Rahim.
