AMENDED SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION ORDER

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Thomas Wayne Ponton, Executor of the Estate of ALICE LOUISE SMART, deceased, and of the debts and demands against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Thomas Wayne Ponton, Executor:

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the above Estate show cause, if they can, on the February 7th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., before the Circuit Court of Arlington County, Virginia at 1425 N. Courthouse Road, Arlington, Virginia 22201, against payment and delivery of the Estate to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Arlington, Virginia.
