PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

The Government of the District of Columbia is soliciting electronic proposals for the following:

CAPTION: DHCF Marketing Services (CHRMC)

The District of Columbia Government (“the District”), Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), seeks an experienced Contractor to manage implementation and execution of a comprehensive direct marketing and media campaign to inform District residents about the new hospital, Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health, opening in the Spring of 2025 on the St. Elizabeths East campus in Ward 8, and similar marketing services other than the hospital as requested by DHCF. The campaign will need to reach all residents but should have a specific focus on residents living in Wards 7 & 8, seniors, and immediate surrounding areas. This campaign will use a variety of direct and indirect marketing means and methods to accomplish the goals of the solicitation.
